Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Orkestrium("we", "us"), a business registered in France (full entity details in our Legal Notice), collects and uses personal data when you visit orkestrium.com or contact us. We are committed to processing data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.
1. Data we collect
- Contact data — when you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, and any company, country and message details you provide.
- Usage data— aggregated, anonymised analytics about how visitors use the site (see "Analytics" below).
2. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- To operate, maintain and improve the website.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases are your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the website.
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It measures page views and traffic in aggregate and does not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles of individuals.
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your full card details. See stripe.com/privacy.
6. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the business — including Vercel (hosting & analytics), Stripe (payments), and our email provider for handling enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Data retention
We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted. Accounting records are kept for the period required by French law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@orkestrium.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL).
9. Contact
For any privacy question, email contact@orkestrium.com.
